Refund policy
We appreciate sometimes things just aren't right...
Our refund policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us on caroline@loxory.com.au to let us know if you will be returning your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Unfortunately, earrings cannot be returned due to health regulations unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Assuming the item is in the same state it was sent -
then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 10 days from receipt of return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at caroline@loxory.com.au
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or swapping for another item (please note: earrings cannot be returned or exchanged). If you need to exchange it send us an email at caroline@loxory.com.au and we will confirm return address and details.
Shipping
If you have changed your mind- you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
However, if the item is faulty - LOXORY will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us at caroline@loxory.com.au and we will organise this for you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
